My Loan Portal is your customer portal, giving you on-demand access to your loans. It lets you check your up-to-date loan details, transaction history and lets you change your payment and personal details.

Getting communications from My Loan Portal digitally has some great benefits for you:

What can I do on My Loan Portal?

Once you login, you'll be able to see all of your Pepper Money loan accounts and have the ability to:

Check on your loan details

View and export loan transactions

Request updates to your account details

How the customer portal can help you

As a home loan customer you can see your loan details including your repayment details, remaining balance, payment frequency and your loan end date. You'll also be able to make a payment into your account.

What you can do:

  View statements

  Change address

  View & export transactions

  Internal transfer

  Redraw

  BPAY

  One-off loan repayment

What you can't do just yet:

  Change direct debit details

  Apply for financial assistance

Your detailed loan account

You can quickly view your loan account details and transaction history by clicking on ‘Accounts’ in the header, ‘View loan details’ on your loan tile or ‘View transactions’ under quick links on the homepage.

Here you’ll be able to see more about your loan with us. Key information you can see:
