Pepper Money prices A$1 billion Pepper Prime 2026-1 public securitisation
Pepper Money Limited (ASX:PPM) today priced an A$1 billion Prime Mortgage-Backed Security that will settle on 30 July 2026.
Pepper Prime 2026-1 comprises Prime residential mortgages that have borrower income assessed on full documentation income verification. The funds raised from this securitisation issuance will continue to support Pepper Money‘s mission to help people succeed and support the growth in originations

Pepper Money's Treasurer, Anthony Moir commented: "Since 2003 and including this transaction, Pepper Money has successfully completed in total 69 transactions, raising more than A$45.8 billion through issuances including Prime residential mortgage, non-conforming residential mortgages, small ticket commercial mortgages and ABS transactions."

The transaction will settle on 30 July 2026. The pricing details of the notes are as follows:
