Got a loan when the bank turned us away
Thank you Pepper Money, I cannot thank the team enough. Having been given an opportunity to get a loan when my bank turned us away. The service team has been absolutely brilliant. When you've become used to waiting times of an hour or more with other companies - I don't think I have waited more than a couple of minutes for this team. Plus, their phone staff are so nice to deal with. Great job. I just had to acknowledge it.

In a time of rising interest rates, and financial pressures I was behind on my home loan by a few months. At times like this it's easy to stick your head in the sand, and when the phone rings from the bank, you don't want to answer it.
But when I see the Pepper Money number come up in my phone I can't answer it quickly enough. I can't give them enough praise for their support and understanding to help me through this tough time. I would not hesitate to recommend Pepper Money to anyone and will be talking about this service for months to come.

Great personal service
My loan application was rejected by my bank. Pepper Money stepped up and were able to approve my application on the same day. My bank makes me feel like I'm just a number, Pepper Money was caring enough to understand our situation.

From the very first phone call when enquiring about a loan, through every step of the loan process to final approval, I have nothing but praise for the way our application was handled. Prompt responses, friendly and informative staff and clear and timely assistance with every step. Such a different experience than dealing with our bank. Happy with the quick response and service
Very happy with the smooth process in refinancing - the settlement was a breeze! Pepper Money's Lending Specialists were professional and supportive, helped with all my questions and overall made the experience very positive. I have not experienced this professionalism previously in my dealings with the 'big' banks. I thoroughly recommend Pepper Money to anyone wishing to refinance their existing mortgages.

Customer service at Pepper Money has always been awesome. I expect to wait forever to speak to an actual person but surprisingly (not just yesterday but every time over the last 5 years) someone answers almost immediately. They are always friendly, courteous and helpful. Each time I have called my query has been answered.

Loan application ran smoothly and quickly
I gave Pepper Money a go, they were great and I got approved for a consolidation loan and I only have one payment per week, no other debt.
Dealing with the loan application ran smoothly and quickly, they were very clear on their process and dealt with my delays.
Recently I've had changes to my paid days at work, so I contacted Pepper Money to change my payment plan to monthly. It was easy as 123, thank you Pepper Money.

Ease of communication was better than the Big banks
Pepper Money were excellent in writing an investment home loan. Their team went over and above to process the application, escalate the document preparation and effectively manage the information requested by other departments to ensure a short notice settlement occurred on time.
Pepper uses technology effectively to schedule the initial meeting, gather documents and communicate with borrowers throughout the origination process. Their responsiveness was better than many others and the ease of communicating with the origination team was better than many Big 4 banks.
