What you need to know about how your data is used

The Consumer Data Right gives consumers the ability to control and share the data businesses hold about them.

Pepper Money has been granted a temporary deferral to its consumer data sharing obligations until 30 June 2028 by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

If you require access to your transactions or account prior to 30 June 2028:

Existing Open Banking data sharing arrangement, including data sharing relating to open and closed RAMS account/s, will end on 1 August 2026.

After that date, the accredited data recipient(s) you have selected will no longer receive data under that arrangement.
