General
1. Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is Pepper Money Limited (ABN 55 094 317 665), Level 27, 177 Pacific Highway, North Sydney NSW 2060, Australia (Promoter).
3. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Promoter's decisions.
4. Entry is open to existing Pepper Money email subscribers who are Australian residents 18 years or older. Management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter and its related entities are excluded from entering (Eligible Entrants).
5. The Promoter reserves the right to determine whether a person is an Eligible Entrant at its absolute discretion.
6. The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEDT on Monday, 23 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Tuesday, 31 March 2026 (Promotion Period).
How to Enter
7. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, reply to the Pepper Money newsletter email and nominate the NRL team they support.
8. Eligible Entrants may submit one (1) entry only. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
Prizes
9. There are five (5) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of up to two (2) General Admission NRL match tickets selected by the Promoter (Prize).

10. Tickets will be sourced from NRL.com and are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
11. The total maximum prize pool value will not exceed AUD $1,000 (including GST). A maximum of one (1) Prize (being up to two tickets) will be awarded per winner.
12. This Promotion is a game of chance. Winners will be selected at random from all valid Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.
13. The draw will take place at 10:00am AEDT on Friday, 4 April 2026 at the offices of Pepper Money, Level 27, 177 Pacific Highway, North Sydney NSW 2060 (Draw Date).
14. Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) business days of the Draw Date.
15. Winners must respond to the Promoter’s email within five (5) business days to claim their Prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize.
16. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, cancelled, postponed or not used.
17. If a Prize (or part of a Prize) becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize if a winner is found to be ineligible or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
19. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by a winner or their companion in connection with the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
20. These Terms and Conditions may be amended or withdrawn by the Promoter at any time, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
21. This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated.
Personal information
22. As a condition of entry, each Eligible Entrant acknowledges that all entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use entrants’ names and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes, including publication online or via social media, without further notice or compensation.
23. Personal information provided by entrants will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this Promotion and contacting winners.
24. The Promoter may disclose personal information to its contractors and agents for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information is governed by the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

25. NRL® and NRL.com are registered trademarks of the Australian Rugby League Commission Limited (ABN 94 003 107 293). The Promoter and this Promotion claim no affiliation with (or endorsement by) the respective trademark owner.

How to Enter
7. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must, within the Promotion Period, respond to the Pepper Money newsletter email, with an answer to the following question: What is your best money-saving tip? (Promotion Question)
8. Eligible Entrants can only submit one entry to the Promotion.
Judging
9. This Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on the literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the Promotion Question.
10. Judging will be conducted at 10:00am AEDT on Tuesday, 10 February 2026 (Judging Date) at the offices of the Promoter, Level 27, 177 Pacific Highway, North Sydney, NSW 2060 (Judging Location).
11. The Promoter reserves the right to rejudge in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these conditions, forfeiting or not claiming a prize.
12. Judging will take place at the offices of Pepper Money, Level 27, 177 Pacific Highway, North Sydney, NSW 2060 (Judging Location).
Prizes
13. There are five (5) prizes to be won. Each prize is an AUD $100 eGift card. The maximum total prize pool is AUD $500 (including GST) (Prize).
14. A maximum of one (1) Prize applies per winner.
15. Each winner will be notified by email within 7 business days of the Judging Date, and their names will also be published on the Promoter’s website from 12pm AEDT on Tuesday, 10 February 2026, for a minimum of 28 days.
16. Each winner must respond to the Promoter’s email to claim the Prize by 12:00pm AEDT on Friday, 20 February 2026.
17. If a Prize is not claimed within the timeframe specified above, the Promoter may rejudge an entry (in accordance with Clause 11) to determine an alternate winner. Each alternate winner must respond to the Promoter’s email to claim the Prize by 12:00pm AEDT on Friday, 27 February 2026.
18. All Prizes will be sent to the relevant winners by email within 30 days of the relevant winner claiming their Prize.19. These Terms and Conditions may be amended or withdrawn by the Promoter at any time, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
19. The Prize is not exchangeable, or transferable and non-cash Prizes are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter shall not be liable for the Prizes being lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before they reach the winners or after they have been sent to the winners.
20. If the Promoter is unable to provide a winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value to the nominated Prize.
General disclaimer
21. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
22. This Promotion may be withdrawn at the Promoter’s discretion, and these Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Promoter at any time during the Promotion Period, subject to any direction from a regulatory authority.
23. Unless otherwise advised, this Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
Personal information
21. As a condition of entry, each Eligible Entrant acknowledges that all entries become and remain the property of the Promoter, who may publish or cause to be published the entrant's name and entry for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes, and otherwise consents to having the content of their entry and name published by the Promoter online, via social media or any other medium.
22. Any contact information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this Promotion and contacting and verifying the winners. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
23. The Promoter may, for the purpose of administering this Promotion, disclose an Eligible Entrant’s personal information to its contractors and agents. The Promoter may also disclose personal information to others including as required by Australian regulatory authorities. The collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information provided in connection with this Promotion is governed by the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

24. The eGift card Prizes are issued by Unified Incentives Pty Ltd (ABN 53 157 818 427).
