Pepper Money takes out multiple wins at
2026 WeMoney Home Loan Awards

Pepper Money has taken out multiple wins at the 2026 WeMoney Home Loan Awards, including Non-Conforming Lender of the Year for the fourth consecutive year, reinforcing its position as the home of loan options.

Pepper Money also secured:

  • Best for Self-Employed Buyers (three years running)
  • Best for Quality
    (two years running)
  • Finalist – Best for Alt Doc / Low Doc Home Loan
    (two years running)

Run by financial wellness platform WeMoney, the annual awards combine expert product assessment with consumer insights to evaluate lenders across the areas that matter most to today’s borrowers, including serviceability, flexibility, customer experience and digital capability.

The awards highlight the value of non-conforming lending, showing Australians, they have options and don’t need to compromise on their home ownership dreams.

Barry Saoud, Chief Executive, Mortgages and Commercial Lending at Pepper Money said:

These awards reflect what Pepper Money is here to do. We help people succeed by providing really helpful loan options where others can’t or won’t.

"Our strength comes from the breadth of our loan options and the depth of our policy, which allows us to support a wide range of customers, including the self-employed and those dealing with tricky circumstances or life events.

To be recognised again for non-conforming lending, alongside product quality, speaks to the consistency of our approach and the strength of our broker partnerships in what has been a highly competitive year for the non-bank sector.”

Pepper Money helps people succeed by offering flexible home loans, commercial loans, construction loans, SMSF loans, personal loans and asset finance.

“Real life doesn’t always fit into neat boxes. That’s why we focus on flexible loan options that give brokers more ways to help,” Saoud said.

Brokers remain central to Pepper Money’s model, said Saoud, with the award not possible without their continued support, alongside introducer partners.

“Being a broker-led business means our focus is on giving partners the best possible experience through investment in the tools, education and support they need to help their customers and subsequently, grow their own business. Our brokers rely on us for clear, consistent processes, fast and reliable decisions, and ongoing support for their clients, so they can feel confident every step of the way,” said Saoud.
